February was a busy month. I moved to Liberia, got an apartment, started working, spent the weekends at the beach, and met my roommate at the end of the month.
She is the Christian Values teacher for high school. She is from Denver, Colorado and just graduated from college. It was nice living with another teacher to be able to vent to each other and help one another with lesson planning. The students really liked her name because it is Rachael Greene (just like Jennifer Aniston on “Friends”). She thought it was funny that I was living with her… and dating Ross!
Our apartment building was extremely safe! We had to open the garage gate, another gate for our hallway, and then had a double lock on our front door. :)
